Working with Ian and Rice Toyota was great. I've dealt with a few dealerships in my life, but I have to say this was the most pleasant interaction from beginning to end. At no point did I feel like just a with a few dealerships in my life, but I have to say this was the most pleasant interaction from beginning to end. Even those who weren't working with me smiled (with their eyes-masks on) or said hi when walking by. There was a nice lady who kept checking on me and offering me a drink even though I kept turning her down. Ian was great throughout. He explained everything about the process to me. And at the end he filled up my car and showed me how every thing worked in my new car without me having to ask. Worked with Ian Gray, I came into Toyota just to test drive a 2020 Highlander, haha- turns out the Highlander had everything that I was looking for and I traded in my 2017 4Runner! The negotiation process was a breeze (I'm a lady but I also know what I want and what to look through on paperwork). Rice Toyota in Greensboro had a good selection of vehicles, given this is a time during the Covid Pandemic and many Dealerships do not have much to choose from due to lack of production. If you're in the market for a Toyota, definitely check out Rice Toyota and find Ian Gray!
