Extremely disappointed. 95 degree, I was running around Rice Toyota dealership with two small kids and car seats to find where is my Uber ride. Uber was canceled twice after 20 mins of wait. Then another Rice Toyota dealership with two small kids and car seats to find where is my Uber ride. Uber was canceled twice after 20 mins of wait. Then another Uber lady came and made me sit in her car and upon address verification she said oh it’s a different address. She made me cancel the service twice since she wanted to take me. In all that none of the employee came to help me. I was yelling at my kids not step in road. no one bothered what’s going on. You are running a business not a charity. My fault is despite of the high cost I always took my car for service and everything at Toyota dealership. Today I was there to buy all four new tires and paid more than $1000 plus taxes plus service. This is what I got and above all a time missed from my work. Still I need to find out about the tires since they seem different than I requested. More
