I am very dissatisfied with Toyota Grand Rapids. I bought my car less than a year ago and had to put $1400.00 dollars into the car. Every time I tried to get them to work with me on specific problems bought my car less than a year ago and had to put $1400.00 dollars into the car. Every time I tried to get them to work with me on specific problems... tires, sensors, and now the battery ( which is under warranty yet, there answer was cars have wear and tear we can’t help that. I will never shop Toyota Grand Rapids again, I will return to My Toyota in Muskegon for my service.... even if I have to drive 35 miles!! Toyota Grand Rapids only want the sale after that they don’t care, their attitude is you bought the car so now you can fix it. They won’t even work with you, to bring you to satisfaction. I never expected to put 1400.00 into the car they sold me that had bad tires, bad sensors, and bad battery!!! Don’t shop Toyota Grand Rapids they are crooks!!!! More

I just discovered that Toyota of Grand Rapids has been using Pennzoil synthetic oil for my oil changes instead of Toyota synthetic oil for my oil changes. Per contract they were supposed to be giving me a using Pennzoil synthetic oil for my oil changes instead of Toyota synthetic oil for my oil changes. Per contract they were supposed to be giving me a lifetime oil changes of Toyota synthetic oil retail $49 or $59 at a cost to me of $12.99 plus taxes and fees. So, around $15. I was never informed that they were going to be substituting Pennzoil synthetic oil for Toyota synthetic oil. I'm very upset about this!!! More
