Went to dealer to have my headlight bulbs replaced. This is a straightforward task. I got a quote from a rather indifferent employee who couldn’t take the time to address me (I stood in front of him for sev is a straightforward task. He gave me an estimate per light to replace them. When I came in to get the job done, his estimate was not even close. I looked at the receipt and there were no special circumstances that would have justified the higher price. I am upset over the bait and switch. The only reason I did not give them one star is because they were on time with the appointment and quick to complete the replacement. More
