Nidia, The dealer had taken full responsibility, repaired the lot damage, and provided you with a loaner vehicle while it was being repaired at the body shop. As a courtesy and for the inconvenience at the time, we replaced and repaired many items on your vehicle per your request. These items are all listed on the repair order, you should have a copy of. Also, an adjuster from your own insurance company came to inspect your vehicle in person and found that the repairs met industry standards. In fact, the adjuster thought that we exceeded the standards by replacing some parts the insurance company would have never replaced and would have only repaired. After we informed you numerous times that the vehicle had been repaired and ready for pick up, you declined on picking up your vehicle and stated that your vehicle was not fully completed and demanded that we repaint a panel. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to repaint that panel as that panel is on the opposite side of the lot damage and is non-related. Instead, we offered you an inconvenience/ depreciation fee and even offered to deliver your vehicle to your home in Carlsbad, but you declined. As much as we tried, this did not satisfy you therefore, we feel there is nothing more we can do to further assist you in the future.
