This dealership was friendly and nice and they seem honest. The dealer Edita was funny and nice and really tried to show us a few cars. These cars were just not what we were looking for and after talking to her we could tell that Toyota’s were totally out of our budget if they didn't want to work. I think that the Manager should have tried to find us a car, but he didn’t. He only said that he would call us; but he didn’t. We did buy a Nissan Versa SL at OC Nissan, Irvine. They gave me a really reasonable deal on a new 2014 Nissan Versa SL Sedan that was fully loaded with all the options. Toyota’s need to come down in price a little bit I think. They are not as nice as the other brands in the same class. I think that the manager should have at least thrown some numbers out there and tried to get us Toyota, but he didn’t even try. This is the thing about Glendale. It seems that they have enough sales that they don’t feel pressured to sell anything. They seem to have already met their quotas for sales and just are not interested in making a deal. I suggest you go to another part of LA county or Orange Co to shop for a car. You will find better deals and more interested sales managers. More

Excellent customer service from Chad. I had an appointment and meet with Chad with no interruptions. This dealer participates with The Costco Auto Purchase Program. The best part was that Chad saved the car for me [apparently the only color Cypress Peal left] until I returned on Friday August 30th, 2013 to seal the deal with a better price. Ed Meyerson in finance, personable, patient, and knowledgeable. Last but not least, Lance detailed and polished my car and was introduced to me by Chad and I had a chance to personally thank him. This is the first time in 20+ years that I left a dealership before 1:00 a.m. [ I left at 8:15 pm] without a headache. 5+++++ stars. A very easy going experience. I never felt pressured or hassled. My wife and I originally came in just to do a test drive (we knew of a much better deal at another dealership 80 miles away) and when we op hassled. After leaving the dealership and thinking about what price we would be willing to pay for the cars she showed us, I texted her my offer and we negotiated a reasonable price and trade-in deal completely via text-message! I should also mention Eddie who did our document prep work. Eddie was very nice and cordial, not trying to up-sell us on anything and explaining every very well. Overall if all used-dealer experiences were this easy I don't think people would dread buying cars nearly as much as they do. More
My husband went to Toyota in Glendale in order to lease a Prius for me as I needed a car that saves money on gas :)! Agreed on a price over the phone on a new 13 Camry LE ( my 4th Camry) with Mr. Flores ( Net sales). Confirmed the price with an email. When arrived at dealership Mr. Flores wasn't there, refused to answer his phone and his partner, Mr. Garcia tried the old disreputable bait-and switch. Also refused to put me in touch with the original salesman. Pathetic!!! Toyota company MUST work harder to stomp out these unaesthetic practices from their dealerships. P.S.Called another dealership, obtained a quick quote and bought a car from a sales person willing to stand behind his word. More

I was taken for a terrible ride here at Toyota of Glendale. Salesperson (Mike), had one price for me, and it was different in the finance office.
