Gary Guemiksizan, the General Sales Manager demonstrated tremendous leadership in allaying all my concerns. Gary went above and beyond in meeting all my requests. He patiently listened to my needs and diligently persevered in resolving my concerns. Gary is a truly a stellar leader and an asset to this dealership. Anna Nathan, my Sales Lead was phenomenal in finding me the ideal certified Prius. She personally kept me abreast of the inventory and when the right car was available, she reached out and scheduled a test drive. Thirty minutes later, I was purchasing the car. Anna demonstrated tremendous customer service and sales acumen in getting the car detailed, carpets shampooed and presenting the car in a near flawless state. I hope to experience a similar level of heightened customer satisfaction in the coming months when I bring the car in for service. More
