Most appreciative is the estimated "wait time" they give us or if there is a problem, we are informed of all the aspects regarding coverage and the time delay. Our recent car maintenance was completed within the estimated time. The two representatives we have interfaced with since we bought our Avalon at Toyota Glendale are Wilson de Castillo and Michael Dow - both are knowledgeable maintenance representatives - their explanations are concise and complete. Most importantly, we believe that they not only take pride in their work, they enjoy it - it radiates! "Happy reps = happy customers"! More

excellent I had my car in for a recall and a 90,000 checkup. Needless to say The SECOND recall which took over 5 hours was really annoying but my experience bei I had my car in for a recall and a 90,000 checkup. Bad service I went to return my leased vehicle but they did not take it even though I had done all the services there. I ended up taking it back to longo toyota. Overall it was a good experience I've been here multiple times now and this time was the longest time I have waited due to busy hour. He clearly explained what needs to be done for my car. After the maintenance was done, he called me and told me that my Left front tire is thicker than the other, which other advisors never told me before. So overall, my experience was good👍 More
