I was sold a car that has a major oil issue that I wasn't told about, I asked for a 2nd key, floor mats and a car manual and was told no. Salesman was ok, but upper management were rude. I was told the car had an oil change and had been inspected. I was driving home and the oil light comes on I needed to add oil (remind you they told me the car just had an oil change). They were not accommodating at all. Before you step on any car lot, make sure you do you homework, especially women! I could go into more details, but I look at the situation as lesson learned. Oh, I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE DOWN PAYMENT, THEY SAID THE FINANCE COMPANY REQUESTED A CERTAIN AMT. ALL ALONG IT WAS Glendale Toy REQUESTING AN HIGHER DOWN PAYMENT! More
