Easy in easy out I have been going to this dealership for a long time and never disappointed. The waiting time as promised was on point. Incompetent parts department Went in to buy a lightbulb for my Toyota 4runner LCD display. My Toyota forerunner is a 2004 and in good running condition. First thing the incompete Went in to buy a lightbulb for my Toyota 4runner LCD display. My Toyota forerunner is a 2004 and in good running condition. First thing the incompetent attendant tells me is that He will be very surprise if they still make parts for my car. I showed him what I needed and he was unable to find the light bulb. His response solution was that I needed to buy the full part and not just replace the light bulb. I then drove to the local auto zone who were very helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t stock the part and recommended Toyota dealership. I drove to Pasadena Toyota and the parts department provided light bulb without issue and even printed out the diagram with parts for my panel. The bulb cost me $4.75. I would avoid Toyota of Glendale at all cost and I have never had a positive experience with their departments. More
