excellent I had my car in for a recall and a 90,000 checkup. Bad service I went to return my leased vehicle but they did not take it even though I had done all the services there. I ended up taking it back to longo toyota. Overall it was a good experience I've been here multiple times now and this time was the longest time I have waited due to busy hour. He clearly explained what needs to be done for my car. After the maintenance was done, he called me and told me that my Left front tire is thicker than the other, which other advisors never told me before. So overall, my experience was good👍 More
