Great Service I take my car in every 6 months. I receive great service which Peter my service writer works closely with the mechanic. Peter always lets me know wh I take my car in every 6 months. My Toyota Prius hatch latch got stuck in the closed position so I couldn’t close the hatch. I pulled into this Toyota service department and they told me all they could do is replace it for $300. A f position so I couldn’t close the hatch. I pulled into this Toyota service department and they told me all they could do is replace it for $300. A few months later, it happened again with the new latch. So I looked online and saw there is a simple manual lever that releases it. I did it in two minutes. So when Toyota of Glendale charged me unnecessarily, they either did it out of incompetence or dishonesty. Either is bad and I thought all should know. More
