Terrible sales ! please come informed to this dealer !! Sales person Hilda T. tried to tell me a 4 cylinder hybrid was more expensive (39k supposedly) than a V6 ??!! Paul Flores showed willingness, as usual, to go out of his way to help. He made it easy to obtain an appointment and I had a very convenient hour for this service. Paul was very prompt in handling repair work I was explained the work to be performed beforehand. Then Paul explained the work performed and the breakdown of the charges and I was informed when my car was ready. The office was kind to contact me to ensure the work was performed to my satisfaction I have to say, the waiting area was very clean, comfortable, covering CDC rules and even supplying gloves and masks. Everyone at Toyota of Glendale was amazing from start to finish.
