I was planning to visit 3 dealerships to look at cars I wanted. I chose to visit Gladstone Toyota first, because of Cassie’s friendliness on the phone. She was prompt answering my questions and sent me inf wanted. I chose to visit Gladstone Toyota first, because of Cassie’s friendliness on the phone. She was prompt answering my questions and sent me information about the vehicle quickly. Once there, I didn’t feel pressured into accepting a deal I didn’t want. I felt like she cared about me and was trying to help us get the deal we wanted. She’s has great people skills and is an asset to this dealership. She has a fun personality. I usually dread buying cars, but I left Gladstone feeling good about my purchase. I also really liked working with Momo. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and has a fun sense of humor. He took the time to do some extra math to show me the difference between leasing/ buying & just buying, so we were able to make an informed decision. We never went to the other 2 dealerships, because we got a good deal and were treated with respect and not just a sale. We will go to Gladstone again. I highly recommend Cassie & Momo. More

Updated: Gladstone has not contacted me nor done anything else to help resolve the issue. Becka was great to work with, helped me find exactly was I was looking for. But this dealership's business practice else to help resolve the issue. Becka was great to work with, helped me find exactly was I was looking for. But this dealership's business practices are really sketchy. Read every single number carefully every time they present you with the paperwork, because the finance people kept trying to add things without mentioning them to me, telling me "oh that's always charged." Same thing in the service department. I wouldn't have taken the extended warranty knowing what I know now about their service department. They tack on sales tax--there is no sales tax in the state of Oregon, Clackamas county, or the city of Gladstone. And they won't tell me what the charge was actually for; "oh everybody does that." No, they don't. I just spent over $3,000 on service at another mechanic, no extra unexplained charges were added. More
