First time ever buying a new vehicle was nervous and did not know what to expect. I've heard horror stories of dealing with car saleman and the process being tedious. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY the smoothest and most painless experience. Diego and the team were fantastic! No rushing or pushy saleman stuff. Very patient with me when I got stuck choosing between two different models. I finally decided on the RAV4 hybrid very happy with the purchase. Selection was great! Attentiveness was great and all and all a quick process. Thanks again Gladstone Toyota and team for making it such a pleasant experience. More
