With all do respect, after our internal investigation, there were major discrepancies with the factors involved with this situation. Our 10 year associate has never had this type of incident occur and we feel our disciplinary action was appropriate.We apologize that you feel the offer to lower the vehicle $4,000 below sticker price was not adequate and we also extended the offer Simeon gave you that night to bring the vehicle home for a few days to continue with your test drive.
