I generally love coming to Toyota of Easley for most of my service needs. I do however try to avoid certain service writers because in my experience they try to upsell more than I am comfortable with. Spec my service needs. I do however try to avoid certain service writers because in my experience they try to upsell more than I am comfortable with. Specifically, I love working with Jacinda Beaudoin and try to always avoid Kevin Biddle. It is always a 5* experience with her and always a 3* or less experience with him. Constructively, Kevin has a dismissive attitude and always, always, always, pushes hard for the upsell. Jacinda will definitely ask for the upsell services, but never pushes. Thanks for the opportunity to offer feedback. This is my own personal experience and I will keep coming there to see Jacinda, and avoiding Kevin like the plague. I am not exactly sure why it shows Ian Mack as my service tech since I was dealing with Kevin and not him. More
