Supposed to get a second key fob for my new truck. Order placed and Toyota of Easley scheduled an appointment for me. I wasted three hours of my time when the dealership could have easily called me and let me know the part was not there. Also, why is the fob not available when Toyota contacted me to let me know it was available? More

My Rav4 has needed a part replaced for two years. In the beginning I was told that it would take a month to get part in. Next I was told it would be several months because I was #200+ on a waiting li In the beginning I was told that it would take a month to get part in. Next I was told it would be several months because I was #200+ on a waiting list. After a year I was told one person was ahead of me. I still don't have replacement part. Since there were so many, I tend to think it was a faulty part and should be free instead of $400. However, the part has yet to come in and nobody will call me. One star is generous. More
