My wait was ridiculous, I was there for about 3 hours. An hour was just sitting there and no one told me anything about my truck. Ever since moving to SC, I’ve taken my car to Easley Toyota. I always receive good service. While additional services are proposed, they’re never heavy-handed and the communication is respectful. The work was good, but the bill said that I declined having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was un having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was unable to order the belt before the end of the day, so I was obliged not to have the service done despite my preference. Since I do not live in the area, I will have to have the work done once I get home. I'd feel more comfortable had the work been done there in Easley. I am forced to rate Mr Ian Mack in the sales department, but I had no dealings with him. More

Great no pressure honest service. They aren't the cheapest but you can believe that they give you the options you need to know to extend the life of your car. I appreciate that.
