Excellent customer service. Toyota of Easley was able to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted in 3 weeks time, where Toyota of Greenville put me on hold (crickets….) for 7 mo Toyota of Easley was able to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted in 3 weeks time, where Toyota of Greenville put me on hold (crickets….) for 7 months with little explanation and no customer service from the sales representative. My sales representative at Toyota of Easley, Adam Pangle, kept me informed of my vehicle’s delivery status and the whole process was very straightforward, pleasant and professional.
