Service appointment was 10:30am and was given a conservative estimate of 1-1:45pm. Car still not complete at 1:45pm. Told it’ll be done by 2:30-2:45pm. Missed that time as well. Still here at the dealership closing in on 5th hour mark. Just got confirm it’s finally done, getting my car back after FULL 5 hours since service appointment time for just an oil change, yikes. Go to other neighboring dealership locations. This is the wait time at DTLA Toyota for just an OIL CHANGE! Their service department is not a smooth running ship. DTLA Toyota - you should not have available appointments if you are not able to properly accommodate servicing within reasonable wait times. More

For there being a whole bunch wrong with my car, I absolutely had a great experience. I had an 8am appointment and I was greeted by Maria. She was so helpful and made me feel at ease. Brought my car in on Halloween. It was a pretty long wait, approximately 35 minutes to get checked in, and another 2.5 hours for my car to be completed. But they offer a free Lyft back home if you’re within a certain mile range so that’s a really great perk so you don’t have to wait around forever. I have Toyota care so once my car was done they sent me a Lyft to get back and the process to get my car was pretty seamless and i was out of there in about 10 minutes total. More
