Gary was immeasurably helpful and professional. I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. In my 16 years of Toyota ownership, this is the 1st dealership that I felt like I wasn’t just a number that was going I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. In my 16 years of Toyota ownership, this is the 1st dealership that I felt like I wasn’t just a number that was going to be price gouged into buying a new car. My last service check of my vehicle was missing a brake oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cov oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cover. From now on I will have to check my vehicle at the Toyota every time it is delivered to me after each service. No good More
