After my initial complaint, a rep reached out to me. They didn’t offer anything to make up for the missteps or the pricing. They apologized, but offered nothing. They were able to find the car in the color I wanted and offered it to me, which I appreciated. When I went to pick up the car all the reps I spoke with were very kind. They didn’t charge me for the rental, which I appreciated, and they took $300 off the total cost. I still paid $6k over the true market value of the vehicle and there was a package including in the price of the first vehicle I pre-ordered that was not included in the vehicle they offered me, but not one person mentioned this. It was a $1000 weather package. I didn’t realize the package wasn’t included until a couple of days after I had the car. I left a message for one of their managers about this and still have not heard back. More
