I purchased a vehicle from this dealership through Driveway which is affiliated with Lithia motors. When I received the vehicle, it had a radar warning light on. I took it to my local Nissan dealer wh Driveway which is affiliated with Lithia motors. When I received the vehicle, it had a radar warning light on. I took it to my local Nissan dealer who informed me that the unit was bad and had to be replaced at a cost of $2,665 plus Tax. I was very upset to say the least, but after two weeks of conversing with an employee named Sara at the Lithia headquarters she got me the OK to have the vehicle repaired at my local dealership at no cost to me. This employee was very patient and helpful, and kept me informed through the whole process of getting the OK for the repair. This is the type of service a customer should expect when buying a new or used car from a dealer. More
