They did not check what I needed to be check. I had a plug-in Prius and my charging cable was not working so I brought in my car to the place. They kept my car from 10am to 4pm and let me know th I had a plug-in Prius and my charging cable was not working so I brought in my car to the place. They kept my car from 10am to 4pm and let me know that the car is fine but the cable is not working and it's not under warranty. That day I took my car back and find out that the cable is actually working but my outlet is not. This means that Toyota DTLA NEVER checks my cable AT ALL during 6 hours that they kept my car there. More
