They did not check what I needed to be check. I had a plug-in Prius and my charging cable was not working so I brought in my car to the place. They kept my car from 10am to 4pm and let me know th I had a plug-in Prius and my charging cable was not working so I brought in my car to the place. They kept my car from 10am to 4pm and let me know that the car is fine but the cable is not working and it's not under warranty. That day I took my car back and find out that the cable is actually working but my outlet is not. This means that Toyota DTLA NEVER checks my cable AT ALL during 6 hours that they kept my car there. More

Great customer service I needed a new starter for my car. I dropped my car off around 11am and a few hours later it was ready. Check-in and Check-Out -Arcaic Time Consuming Process The leaves gth of time it takes to drop off your car is frustrating. The amount of steps and time it takes to pick-up your car is inferorating. I received texts and emails to sign forms before I arrive and pay any balance. Yet when I arrive I still have to stand in line at the cashier though I've paid and signed already only to sign another form saying I'm picking up my car, then go to stand in garage give them that paper only to have to wait for employee to get my keys and go find my car and pull it up by the front entrance. Even though I can see my car from the stand. They also park your car right by the stand which if there is someone in front of you your stuck. Why not pull up so secondary cars can use the extra lane to get out. All the while there is 6-10 Toyota employed standing outside on a smoke break.I was not sent a text for return transportation by Uber so I paid for a LYFT ride myself. Lauren Whipp was great except for the lack of Uber link at end of day. The rest of the process is way tmely for people who want to get to work or get home. Not happy and not sure I will return. More
Terrible service I went there to fix my cracked winshield and they made me wait like two weeks for a response. After all that time they send me a text message saying t I went there to fix my cracked winshield and they made me wait like two weeks for a response. After all that time they send me a text message saying that they cannot do it because it was a rock that broke the winshield. And that’s not true, I told them the windshield cracked because of the hot wheather but nobody cared. Really bad experience. I tried to explained them what happened but they didn’t listen to me. They just wanted the money, they wanted me to pay. Toyota had to cover that since there was something wrong with the winshield From factory. I don’t know what else to do, they don’t care about the costumer... they CARE about the MONEY. Where is Toyota Care? Where is the smily faces we see in Toyota commercials? Terrible and sad experience. More
