They screwed me over all the way around. I went in to do a lease buy out. They gave me a high APR (6.9%) with a 713 credit score. Not only that but in the finance department they added $7,000 worth of thing a lease buy out. They gave me a high APR (6.9%) with a 713 credit score. Not only that but in the finance department they added $7,000 worth of things that I never approved and he (Aurelio) use the signing pad to get signatures to add to everything to approve the charges without ever explaining or even showing me the breakdown of all the charges. I went back to speak to Ezperanza Romero and she managed to help me out and make things right with the help of Martha Guzman. More

Great Experience - Great Salesman I've never bought a car from a dealership and didn't really know what to expect but luckily I got Hank Brautigam to help me through this experience. Hank was able to show me a bunch of different trucks and was able to work with me on finding the perfect truck for me while keeping in mind the amount of money I wanted to spend and even the color. He was very patient, always willing to work with me and help answer all of the questions I had for him. All in all I can not fully express how happy I am with my first experience buying a new truck from a dealership and my new truck in general. It's really put a pep in my step. If you're looking to buy a new or used Toyota vehicle I highly recommend Toyota of Downtown L.A. and Hank Brautigam. Thanks again! More

Bad Customer service I had the worst experience at this dealer. I got a lease her and to start off they were trying to purchased the car. When we said no at signing the pe I had the worst experience at this dealer. I got a lease her and to start off they were trying to purchased the car. When we said no at signing the person helping us was rude. Two weeks after a light came up and i took it right away and they kept my car. Again at the car service place the person helping was rude. They said the car would be ready the next day. Keep in mind i had to loose a day of work due to this issue. I get a call back the next day to let me know they have no idea when would the part will come in. The point of buying a new car was not to deal with problems. More

They really lost out/We bought 4 cars from Puente Hills I went on a Friday night to see a Tacoma Pro 2019. I had done my homework so I knew what deal I was looking for. I was a cash buying customer. The sales guy just didnt see that eager to earn our business. He didnt really ask my girl or my cousin about the cars they were looking for. he didnt offer to let them drive it or anything. I had already driven a tacoma so I knew what I wanted but the truck they had advertised was supposely in the shop. How can a new truck be in the shop. They wanted to get me into anothe tacoma but when I made a cash offer it was 1600 off from their price. I came up some more but they didnt budge. In fact If I didnt know better I would say the salesman was off work and just wanted to leave. He told me I wouldnt find a better deal. I sure did the next day at Puente hills toyota and I ended up with a better deal and better accessories. My girl, her son and my cousin all bought cars too that Sat. The sales man called me sat night from LA toyota and asked if I found a better deal and I told him I sure did. This dealership lost all those sales because he just wasnt that interested in selling us a car. More
