Very capable customer service department. I recently purchased a used Sienna and the FOB didn't work. They tried to reprogram it, but it was beyond repair. Even though I signed a paper saying I recently purchased a used Sienna and the FOB didn't work. They tried to reprogram it, but it was beyond repair. Even though I signed a paper saying I was buying the car "As Is", they replaced the FOB for free for me. I'm am truly impressed and thankful. More

Recently purchased 2015 Toyota Prius They fixed a small dent in front bumper and several other areas on vehicle that needed body work. Since the body work on the vehicle could not be completed in one day; they gave us a brand new Camry to use as a loaner until we received the call that our Prius was ready and that we could pick it up.
