They were abl The heater blower motor quit working on my Toyota. Made a quick stop a Toyota of Des Moines without a appointment to see what was wrong. They were able to get it fixed and had me back on the road in less than a hour and a half. GREAT SERVICE. My only complaint is that the blower motor quit working so soon on my 2015 car with only 7300 miles on it. This is not the dealerships fault but I feel it should be addressed by Corporate Toyota. Every car dealership should have employees as courteous and helpful as they are at Toyota of Des Moines. More
