In and out reasonably FAST I waited for LOF and tire rotation, watched TV, talked with dealership personnel who were very gregarious and informative. During wait I was totally informed of everything that was being done with my car via a video link which was easy to install on my smart phone, even saw final billing in which suggestions were made and my input was followed.
