It would have been nice if the service “”advisor” had “advised” me that it had been recommended I get a new engine filter. Instead I left thinking everything was fine. 15-20 minutes after I left I receiv “advised” me that it had been recommended I get a new engine filter. Instead I left thinking everything was fine. 15-20 minutes after I left I received the service video with a picture of the the dirty filter and the mechanic recommending replacement. Also disappointing as the truck is a Nissan and I bring it to Toyota because they normally do better work More
