I was told she couldn’t even leave a message for the scheduler, Lisa, to return my call without the full VIN number. Called again and another much more helpful person said that Lisa was gone but she would leave a message. My call was not returned the next business day. I tried to go on-line to schedule as that was a listed option on the postcard, but no, it’s not really. Called again this morning and again, the phone rang forever! The person answering was very short and not helpful. Said she would leave a message for Lisa. I’m quite l surprised and disheartened by this experience. More
