I discovered the flat tire late on a Friday afternoon. Seth returned my call to the service department and explained all options available to me. My choice was new tires. Toyota was closing so he said he would be there on Saturday at 7:00am. By 10:30 Saturday morning i was on my way with new tires. Great Experience!! More

Kelly and I had a good discussion on diagnosing and completing the required repair. Rebecca was quick to provide us with a loaner vehicle when it became evident that our 4Runner would not be finished by end of day as originally planned. Both Rebecca and Kelly seemed truly interested in helping me get my 4Runner restored to good order and I feel they represent Toyota of Des Moines very well. I know that I will be quite happy to work with Rebecca and Kelly the next my 4Runner is in need of service! More
