Without an appointment, I drove in an emergency as my Camry was LOW on oil. (Note to Toyota; why not a dashboard light to indicate low oil level) Not only were they able to rotate tires, but I needed ne Camry was LOW on oil. I was well taken care of when I brought my Sequoia in for its 30,000 checkup. The tires were rotated and my tech found that I needed my cabin filter changed and I was able to communicate through text to Jo its 30,000 checkup.
