I was very impressed with how organized and orderly and well managed everything is. Everyone has a well defined role, with no need for overlapping of job duties. I didn’t have to wait because my service was something very minor, however take a look around and toil I’ll see that if you did have to wait that it doesn’t look like it would be bad because of the many thoughtful amenities and lots of waiting room space! The service was excellent 10 years ago and appeared to slide a little in the last 2 years but things seem to be turning around. Im just talking about the service side. I have not really tried the sales side since being offended 16 years ago. The videos of the maintenance are really helpful and appreciated. When I pick up the vehicle, I’m not waiting another 15 minutes for it to be driven up front. I do drop off the night before and rarely schedule it, they always get it done by 10 am which far exceeds my expectations. Shuttle drivers are really nice. Just met Steve this last time and he’s great. The people in the drop off garage are always friendlier than anyone else. The people in the service area office seem a little busy at times. Not as happy. More

There were many salesmen there, but no one tried to pressure me to talk about trading cars or buying something new. They just seemed pleased that I was there, walking along. That atmosphere made it an enjoyable place to be while I was waiting on my car! More
