Toyota Grimes always works to get me in as soon as possible. Today, I needed headlight replaced. They managed to complete a repair that was scheduled 8 days from now, without my asking! I'm extremely disappointed that I was charged for a tire rotation, when I had a nail in my tire and it was recommended that all 4 tires be replaced. I was also quoted 3x the price for what I paid elsewhere rotation, when I had a nail in my tire and it was recommended that all 4 tires be replaced.
