Said my cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be changed. I'm changing it now and finding that the tech didn't even at least knockout all the little loose leaves seeds and debris. Don't need it vacuumed out but xxx knock the crap out before putting it back in. More

I made a phone call to check up on the vehicle we had dropped off at 9 a.m. My phone call was made at approx 1 p.m. the lady that answered the phone was not pleasant and was rather rude. She told me Ian dropped off at 9 a.m. My phone call was made at approx 1 p.m. the lady that answered the phone was not pleasant and was rather rude. She told me Ian would call me back which he promptly did and Ian was just as rude if not worse than the lady who answered the phone. He had no update, I asked for an eta and he told me sometime before 4:30. I also work in customer service and i never treat my customers like that! More
