Service let me drive away with a nail in my tire while they ordered a replacement. I bought the tires at the dealership. Calling for an appointment to check a tire leak, Reception told me to bring it in. they ordered a replacement. I bought the tires at the dealership. Calling for an appointment to check a tire leak, Reception told me to bring it in. I did, and service wouldn’t look at it. Service said tire had to be ordered, they no longer do tire repairs, and it was safe to drive my car as is, even on the interstate. Also, on my 30k maintenance visit a few days later when then replaced the tire service said they checked my brakes but there was no brake check on my video. I asked for a measurement printout and they said they don’t have those anymore and not to worry, they had checked my brakes and they were fine. On a prior visit they had said brakes are getting close to needing service so I was concerned about monitoring the measurements closely. I would have appreciated knowing the measurements of my brakes. More
