The person who programmed the key fob did great, but there was no explanation of the hard key that went with the fob. I did not notice there was no hard key until I left. I returned and the gentleman there was no explanation of the hard key that went with the fob. I did not notice there was no hard key until I left. I returned and the gentleman in the red shirt who “greets” guests in the service area was quite rude when I asked about the hard key. He rudely asked “Did you buy the car here?” I said yes. He then asked “Do you have your Owners Manual?” I retrieved it and he began searching through the pouch. It would have been more courteous to have indicated the hard key was with the Owners Manual when he car was purchased. Either the person programming the fob, service writer or “Greeter” outdoor have explained the situation to me. More
