Maddie, Blake and Ed were tremendous in helping me get my 2012 Toyota Avalon repaired. They diagnosed my road emergency situation as an alternator problem on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm and helped me get my 2012 Toyota Avalon repaired. They diagnosed my road emergency situation as an alternator problem on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm and helped me get my car to your dealership. Maddie took my emergency call , informed me when your dealership closed for the day and when I had to have my car there. I was @25 miles west of Des Moines on I80 and had to turn around. Got @5-10 miles from the dealership and car went dead. Maddie gave me the number for the tow truck service, made me the call and the tow truck driver got to me in @35 minutes, got me to your dealership in time, and then Blake advised me of the situation-the service men were gone for the day so my car couldn’t be repaired until Monday, but he would have my car repair start first thing Monday morning. Maddie had transferred one of my calls to Ed in the service department and Ed told me that my alternator was in stock and he would take it to Blake so that everything would be ready to go on the repair Monday morning. There professionalism and excellent knowledge, as well as their wonderful demeanor were very reassuring for me, and knowing that my car would be repaired and back on the road Monday made me very relieved as we were on a vacation trip from Downers Grove, IL to Park City, UT. This car emergency was an unexpected delay and threw a damper into our plans, but Maddie, Blake and Ed were fantastic for us.
