I have always been impressed with this dealership but was disappointed in a couple things in this service. The back hatch door often makes a terrible noise when opening and this fall, winter and spring, it disappointed in a couple things in this service. The service dept couldn't replicate it, and so I still have the problem. I am pretty sure the problem is the hydraulic device on the right side. That is where the noise is coming from. Also, I was told that $34.95 was charged to my card, but the actual amount was $41.88. I called the billing department and she said that I was only charged $34.95. I found an item on the 2nd page for $4.19 with fine print saying it was for shop supplies. They only rotated my tires. What materials could be have been used for that service? More
