Not great. I brought a truck in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. The inspection wasn’t very thorough and the mechanic missed things. I asked for the full inspection report but was only provided with the invoice. I feel the inspection was overpriced for what I received. However, given they have a monopoly, there isn’t much incentive for them to do better. More

Great service from all departments They worked very hard to find me my brand new Toyota Crown; I fell in love with it when I first saw it. I have only had Toyota cars since before I moved here 24 years ago and all services have been completed by the Des Moines service department. It’s important for me to have a very reliable vehicle and Toyota has proven able to handle all issues I may have. Ian Davis has been my service manager for 24 years and has never failed to answer questions and ensure my car got the right care. It is so nice to have such reliable people and vehicles in this unreliable world. More

We took our car in to replace a window switch. The service department said it was the window motor. They replaced the motor. $800+! They called back the next day and said it wasn’t the motor. So they put my original motor back in and replaced the switch. Almost $1000! And they didn’t even clean the greasy finger prints off the window. I feel I’m paying extra for their ineptitude. I will never do business with them again. I feel like they cheated me! More
