During customer service training at my company, we were asked what companies we think have the best customer service. My answer was Apple & Toyota. The reasons I gave were: the quality of products, the fact that these companies stand behind their products and the employees are knowledgeable and have integrity. Mike has these qualities and he also takes the time to share his knowledge by explaining why a repair is necessary. More

Rob came out into the cold to greet us the first day we stopped by. He was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the camry and the financing. When we came in to take a test drive he was very busy but we never felt rushed to make a decision, Rob discussed several different styles of the camry with us and was even patient while I made up my mind on the color :D. The day we came back in to pick up our new camry was great. It was Christmas Eve day and we were treated so wonderfully from the paperwork to learning more about our new camry to ordering the side moldings and weathertek floor mats. Rob even came in on his day of(and Christmas Eve)to make sure the whole process went smooth and that we were happy. More

I liked that Jim was not pushy the first time we talked over the phone. I actually came to DSM Toyota after working with a different Toyota dealership. From new sales/new lease to ongoing service of my vehicles, I have experienced nothing but best class experience from everyone at Toyota of DSM. I recently went through a divorce and was insecure and a bit worried about coordinating a new vehicle purchase/lease on my own. All of the people at Toyota made me feel so important and special. And they coordinated everything for me. All I had to do was show up with the old vehicle and step into the new one. I will continue to be a Toyota customer for many years to come. More
