My visit to the dealership was trouble free. I went to buy or lease a Sienna. I was unfamiliar with the lease process and how it worked. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite and stayed available even while we with with the finance person. He made sure the van was clean inside and out for us. The man who showed us around the van was good, he linked our phones to the vehicle and even though we had had an older Sienna, he showed us things we hadn't known. Got a quote from a different dealer in another state and that dealer was unable to give us the exact vehicle we wanted. When I went to the dealership, I knew the model, trim, and package I wanted. I got exactly the model car with the extras I wanted right off the lot in one day and was able to have the financing and an ex and package I wanted. We were very happy with the service taht was provided to us from Brandon. We first contacted him through the internet to find a price on the vehicle that we ultimately purchased. He came back with a price over the amount he quoted us over the internet, but then came back with a lower amount then before. He traded in our current vehicle and the amount that was given to us was $1500 more then any other dealer would.
