I was satisfied, but it took more than 3.5hrs at the dealership to get the "best" price. This was a little unexpected, as we had been communicating via email prior to this. The new car sales manager/finance manager quickly jumped to the conclusion that the research I had completed prior to coming to the dealership was being used to question his integrity. Not sure if this was a negotiation tactic, but I was under impressed with his emotionally driven response. I did appreciate their thorough knowledge of the car and its features. What i enjoyed most ablout the experience was we had a price point in mind and we were not shown cars out of that range. The finance manager in the used cars explained very well the fine points of financing to my daughter and her first car purchase. The showroom was clean and the car lot very organized. When we picked up the car it was a very nice touch having Joe show my wife all the instuments and how to use all the buttons on our 09 Corolla. Very good experience. More

Took delivery of the vehicle Saturday morning, the delivery gentleman spent a good solid 30 minutes explaining the vehicle to the wife. I could only hear 1/2 but that was not the fault of the presenter. I'm on O2 and it is too hard for me to get around. He wanted me to get in the car, but I told him no, to go ahead, so it is not his fault, he tried. He also added my wifes phone to the Blue Tooth and helped her get at least 1 number in her phone book. I thought I understood how to add my phone in. Tried to add my phone on Monday morning. Wasn't getting it, so I drove out to the dealership, walked into delivery, stood there for a minute and a gentleman, on his scheduled break, came out to see if he could help me. I'm sorry I took that time from him, but he wouldn't have it any other way. He showed me how to get started, I told him I could finish it and he set right there while I did it to make sure I was successful. A Gabus owned dealership that has come a long ways in customer service since my 1st visit in 1972 at the Ford store. I swore I'd never go inside another Gabus dealership, but my wife wanted a Highlander and I didn't want to drive to Ames. I'm glad I swallowed the prune and bought the Highlander. Seems like a very stable vehicle. More
