We just purchased our 2nd Prius (2010) from Toyota of Des Moines because of the positive experience we always have there. I LOVED my experience at Toyota. When I walked in, Becky Grissom greeted me with a smile and from there won me over! At no time did I feel like she was pressuring me into buying anything; she gave me an honest opinion and when we walked away from the dealership to come back later she gave me her number, hours she would be there and who I could talk to if she wasn't. I really appreciated having a woman to talk to at the dealership as I came in without my husband and I was very nervous. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. I do not remember his name, but the man who explained the vehicle to me was also wonderful. He had a great sense of humor and was very friendly. My friend who came with through the leasing process is now also looking to lease from Toyota. I would absolutely come back again and again. Thank you so much for being so great! Happy 2011!!! More

He responded to every question completely and when he did not have an answer he got back to us within a very short time. When we picked up the car it was ready to go - spotless fueled up and ready for the road. He did his very best to assist us in our purchase, not sell us a car. There is a huge difference in the two. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Toyota of Des Moines. I only wish I had not wasted my time visiting other Dealers. More
