All in all when we went to the dealership to finalize it took less then 40 min before leaving in the car as Ryan in finance was exceptionally quick and friendly as well. It was one of the first new models to come off the truck from overseas and was ordered through an online relationship with Shane Siegle. Shane never let more than 30 minutes pass to respond to my questions or request and he came through on every issue we needed to deal with. Picking up my new Prius yesterday was the smoothest experience I've had a dealership. And, since this was my third Prius, I have used their Service Department for the past several years.
