Second car purchased through this dealer and generally had good service. The only time we had an issue was with service when my husband got some bad gas at a gas station in our 2009 Rav 4 and it destroye had good service. It took several trips to service to get it resolved, which I understand, but the mechanic was irritated by it being covered by warranty which we had paid extra for and expected the help, It was resolved to our satisfaction at the end.
