From that point, we discussed my trade, sight unseen, and agreed to a price difference. At that point it was planning the 680 mile trip to pick up the vehicle and working around blizzards. I couldn't be happier with the experience. This is the 19th vehicle I've bought in my lifetime and Jim certainly went well above and beyond any experiences I've had previously with sales personnel. I recently had a bad service experience with Toyota of Des Moines, after discovering a broken part on a recently purchased RAV4. I posted a review, something I had never done before. Within an hour, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, JP, as the issue stemmed from a decision made by my salesman. A few days later I pulled into their service bay, and was met by Service Manager Ron Short and General Manager Larry Murphy. They assessed the situation and agreed that I should have been taken care of in the first place. Parts were ordered, and today they installed the new fender liners for me. My wife and I love both of our RAV4s, and we will return to Toyota of Des Moines. And, I hope Joe Myers will always be around to assist with our financing. More
