We have been pleased with each visit and appreciate the absence of high pressure sales tactics. The young man that went over the features of our car before we drove off (I believe his name was Spencer) was extremely friendly and very enthusiastic about his job, that was an enjoyable experience as well. We live just a few miles from the dealership which has been very convenient to have our vehicles serviced. So far we have only used your service department for our 2016 Highlander and have had positive experiences. More
