Kelly and I had a good discussion on diagnosing and completing the required repair. Rebecca was quick to provide us with a loaner vehicle when it became evident that our 4Runner would not be finished by end of day as originally planned. Both Rebecca and Kelly seemed truly interested in helping me get my 4Runner restored to good order and I feel they represent Toyota of Des Moines very well.
