Steve Henigan is The Man, The Myth The Legend Steve was very helpful when we went into see him to help us find a Tacoma. We ended up ordering a 19 Tacoma Pro. He was NOT very pushy at all. That's the main reason we decided to buy from him. The day before we went to see Steve, we went to one of the Chevy dealership to look at the Colorado ZR2 Bison, but the sale person kept putting pressure and very push, that's the reason we didnt buy from them. Steve was very KIND, HONEST and VERY HELPFUL. One thing though that I didnt have good experience was when I went to pick the truck up in the late afternoon, we were checking the truck out looking around,eventhough we had the keys, one gentleman came out and talked to us like we were just silly kids messing around with people's truck. The way he talked to is made us felt like he thought we couldn't afford for that truck. BUT this has nothing to do with Steve Henigan. Arrived around 7 am cars backed up Thought it would be sometime to have a service person get to my Highlander. Surprise no sooner than I drove on to the line the service person cam to m Thought it would be sometime to have a service person get to my Highlander. Surprise no sooner than I drove on to the line the service person cam to my vehicle took my name went to the building and within minutes back out with my number and invited me to enjoy their coffee. He said we will have you in shortly and probable be less than thirty minutes-this was my first schedule appointment 5,000 miles completed in less than thirty minutes sat down and explained and showed me on sheet what they checked topped off and performed for my schedule. Then asked if I was concerned about anything that I may have forgotten on original conversation and said we are happy you purchased the Highlander and they will look forward to see me on the next schedule visit and wished me a Great Day.
