Our Highlander experience My husband and I were shopping to replace our Highlander this spring and while we enjoyed searching, we dreaded pulling into each car lot knowing that My husband and I were shopping to replace our Highlander this spring and while we enjoyed searching, we dreaded pulling into each car lot knowing that there would be a certain feeling of infringement and push from a salesperson. We pulled into the Grinell lot and were approached by Derek Haskin. We had a brief conversation with him and drove away thinking "We WANT to buy our next Highlander from him!". As we continued to shop around for the right vehicle it took a few weeks and multiple communications. Derek's emails and phone communications were exceptionally professional and I found them to be very well written/spoken (this stood out to me in my profession). We both recognized and valued Derek's honesty throughout our shopping. He exceeded our expectations from the moment he introduced himself through the finalization of our sale. I was really interested in a Toyota Highlander Prius, but after hearing about transporting two bicycles, wheelbarrow, landscaping tools, and plants for projects around town, Thor steered us toward a Sienna. Another of our concerns was a comfortable and quiet ride for our trips to see our children in the winter. The 2014 Sienna meets all of those needs. We couldn't be happier! More

Inventory was slim on this model but fortunately found what I was looking for with a couple options installed at the dealership. Delivered on time and Finance was quick and easy.
